[wp-testers] Cannot change two Dashboard Page Options

Regarding the Dashboard, Page Options, when the left menus are hidden 
(double arrow points to the right) it is not possible to change the 
checkboxes for Recent Comments or Other WordPress News .  When the left 
menus are displayed (double arrow points left) it is then possible to change 
all the checkboxes.

Using 2.7 hemorrage from last night.
