[wp-testers] Install Plugins Error

Hey there,

I have just updated to the latest nightly build 9571 and on the install
plugin's page i receive the following error

This appears on the main plugin-install.php and also on the Featured,
Popular, Newest, Recently Updated tabs

I'm on media temple grid service using php 5.2.6, is this my host or is wp
playing up?*
