[wp-testers] Official released 2.5 has label "you are using a development version"

That footer line is updated by pinging a wordpress.org file and
checking what the current version is. It only does it three times a
day, so it should update itself later today.

(It is also possible the server-side check hasn't been updated yet as
the release was announced only two hours or so ago.)
