[wp-testers] feedback on Design menu

Dont you think it would be better if the main sub menu of the design menu
were Widgets instead of themes?

I mean. We go all the time to the widgets page to play around with widgets.
And we usually go only once to themes page to set up a theme. And once it is
setted we rarely have to acces this page again..
