[wp-testers] Unable to Upload

Thanks, yes, I changed my password. :-)

I don't know why I got a status 403 error. I don't know how to determine the
cause. This is what my error log is saying:

[Tue Mar 25 14:21:33 2008] [error] [client 192.55.52.4] File does not
exist: /home/blogan/public_html/403.shtml
