[wp-testers] RSS language option

Hello,

I use a localized version of WordPress 2.5 RC1 and all the html pages have a 
tag  lang="ca", that is correct. However the RSS feeds have a tag:
<language>en</language>

I see at feed-rss2.php that this setting comes from the option "rss_language". 
This option seems to be initialised with "en" but I cannot find any place at 
WordPress where one can change it. 

I think there should be an option page where the user can change this 
settting. Or perhaps better: the rss_language should always be the same as 
the blog language.
