[wp-testers] Re: .htaccess automatically overwritten?

Just happened again at 11:32pm last night. I know for a fact I didn't 
touch any permalink etc settings....
Is there anything in the code that would reset somehow automatically the 
root .htaccess?

(using 2.5RC1)
