I guess the "alt" parameter isn't there to show mouse-over-texts but
instead is used by e.g. screenreaders or in other situation where the
image itself isn't helpful. It definitely shouldn't be replaced with
the title parameter.

I don't know if "Click image to see a larger size" is anything that
should be there by default?
