[wp-testers] "Categories" 2 bug under the Dashboard.

I found the problem beeing independent from Javascript (getting a
simple "Category not added" error when switching Javascript off) and
also appears with no plugins installed.

Will give it another shot on the local test server with other
php-Version and modules.
