[wp-testers] "Categories" 2 bug under the Dashboard.

Just c/o 7419 - still the same issue. Also tried with Safari 3.1 (both
with MacOSX 10.5.2). Aditionally when i click on the built-in
"Uncategorized" category wp tells me i don't have sufficient rights
for this page (logged in with a user in role "Administrator"). weird.
