So you can move the widget's position IN the sidebar.

But I DO agree that it seems stupid that they removed the drag and
drop ability between the USED and UNUSED areas.  Why do this?  It's
just a further inconvenience, and it's a step BACKWARD from the
previous widget control page.

Additionally, if I can make further recommends for the widget page...
remove the "Show" button and let that drop down box function on-click.
 Or better yet, make each sidebar show up as an AJAX tab.
Essentially, it should be quicker and easier to move BETWEEN available
sidebars.
