[wp-testers] tag list shows rows, but not tags

yes, i am.

many of those tags were added using some sort of category converter.

some were added from posting via ecto 2 and/or ecto 3 on os x

some from mars edit

some from the "write" interface in incarnations of wp2 through 2.3
