[wp-testers] Color Contrast

I don't know if I would call this a bug per-se, but the color contrast  
between the plugin-activated and plugin-deactivated is not noticeable  
enough. It's hard to tell which ones are active and which ones aren't  
without looking at the activate/deactivate link.
