With WP2.5, what is the recommended approach to optimize performance via 
caching?

Does it come prepackaged with its own superior caching?

Are "Wordpress Viper Cache Alpha" or "WP Super Cache", perhaps the older 
"WP-Cache2" compatible/recommendable?
