[wp-testers] nightly builds: publishing with double-byte title

Exactly. Not trying to blame anyone for anything.

I did however want to notify the developers that something had gone 
wrong between builds 6179 and 6180, so that they can fix it sometime.

Assuming this is the place to do so - please correct me if there is a 
different location and I just can't read :)
