[wp-testers] Visual Editor Problem in 2.2-bleeding

I downloaded 2.2-bleeding from SVN today and installed it. When I went to
the Write page, the visual editor never showed up. This is for both writing
a Post and a Page. I tried this in both IE7 and FF2 and they both don't
work. Anyone else having this problem?

Firefox had these errors:
