[wp-testers] Strange Link Category behavior

I've had this happen to me on a few occasions, I've just not reported the
problem yet (yeah, been busy at work).

I'll update to the latest SVN and if it's still happening, then I'll file a
bug report.

i havent seen it or heard of it just upgrade to a different nightly  
build. Nightly Builds arent always great.
