[wp-testers] Database error in installation using latest trunk

Getting this error from 2.3 at 5370 on executing wp-admin/install.php
(happens before even getting to Step 1 of install).

WordPress database error: [Table 'testwp.wp_options' doesn't exist]
INSERT INTO wp_options (option_name, option_value, option_description,
autoload) VALUES ('widget_categories', 'a:2:{s:6:\"number\";i:1;i:1;b:0;}',
'', 'yes')
