[wp-testers] Error in SQL syntax?

Someone mentioned earlier that $wpdb->linkcategories isn't remapped
anywhere.  You'll need adjust your code to use a different method to
pull in only categories with links. I've not needed to do this yet, so
don't have the code in mind.
