[wp-testers] [203] strpslashes problem when editing comment

Hello,

After upgrading to 203 when I want to zedit a comment I have a  
confirmation (do you want to do this yes/no) panel that is something  
new and that I don't need :

- is there a way to disable it ?

After editing a comment some stripslasshes problem occurs and all "'"  
are transformed in "\'"
For example  d’Amérique becomes d\’Amérique
