[wp-testers] Inline Uploading of anything other than images - icons not working

I gladly would submit a bug, but as I am merely a fly-by-night WP 
Tester, I do not know how to submit a bug in Trac.  I'm sure this has 
been discussed a million times on this forum before, and I apologize for 
the inconvenience.  Just point me in the right direction and I'll submit 
the bug.  Link me or something.  :-)
