[wp-testers] Probs. with 2.0 displaying categories

I'm running 2.0b1 here:  http://spiderknox.net

I have this code in my sidebar:  <?php
wp_list_cats('sort_column=name&optioncount=1&hierarchical=0'); ?>

The child(sub) categories are still displaying.  I upgraded to 2.0b1
from 1.5.2 and this happened.  Anyone else have this issue?
