[wp-testers] ASCII translations/WYSIWYG

Sort of. If you copy-and-paste a web page or document that already has fancy
quotes in it, it will send the actual symbols through. I have a
1.5.2installation that doesn't display the fancy quotes will editing
(unless, as
I said, you copy-and-paste them in).
