[wp-testers] wp_list_cats

I have a demo blog running v1.6 at http://demoblog.ajaydsouza.com

I use wp_list_cats to display a category list in the side bar of the themes. As of now I have two categories created in wp-admin

However, I get "no categories" being displayed where I called the tag.

Is this a known problem. Any remedy to it?

wp_list_cats is working fine with 1.5.2
