[wp-testers] March 19th Plugins

Perhaps functionality which would somehow "mark" which plugins were
activated while at the same time deactivating all would be good?

But for the support people, hearing about the endless troubles
upgrading with functions being duplicated that are added in plugins is
even more of a pain in the butt. You gotta give a little to get a
little.
