[wp-testers] March 5th Nightly Upgrade probelm

The only gripe I have about this is that Jennifer needs to update the
instructions. For instance, step 4 is very vague as it pertains to WP 1.5...
Is it needed? Is it not? I couldn't find the spot in my
wp-includes/functions.php to put that line of code. I left it out. I have no
idea if it is really needed anymore...
