[wp-testers] Writing without WYSIWYG

Already an option. :)

To set the default for all users, goto: acp -> options -> writing ->
uncheck: Users should use the visual rich editor by default

Then, if a user wants to use it, they can goto: acp -> users -> your profile
-> last option on the page is Use the visual rich editor when writing
