Definitely file a ticket.  Skippy and I are in charge of sorting through 
the bugs, and I'd much rather err on the side of having duplicate 
tickets, than let an issue go unfixed because someone noticed it but was 
unsure if it was a valid bug.  File away! If making a patch is within 
your technical grasp, that would be appreciated, but either way, file 
the bug.
