Hi, So far I have only been able to add a thumbnail to a post using the
custom field functionality/FTP. However does anyone know a solution so
that my client can simply upload an image relative to the post, it will
auto resize the image, save and display on the news feed on the
homepage/main news page etc?

The key here is making it user friendly for the client, I know a number
of ways it could be done but they aren't very user friendly.
Thanks,
