I am looking to hire a wordpress consultant on retainers to develop a peer learning network where
students can teach other students by explaining concepts via video. This person will be asked to: 
<ul><li>install wordpress MU</li><li>install buddypress on top of that</li><li>and install a payment plugin like <span style="display: block; padding-left: 6em;"><span></span></span><a href="http://www.instinct.co.nz/e-commerce/" target="_blank">http://www.instinct.co.nz/e-commerce/</a></li>

Version control the entire code base and configuration files</li><li>Create a back up plan and scripts for keeping a backup of the<br>
database (or contract host to do that part).<br>

Essentially users should be able to set up a facebook like profile.
View a list of videos available, click to pay, and go to a private area
in youtube or Google video to view the video.<br>
