I&#39;m interested in hearing quotes for the creation of a plugin that replaces key phrases throughout a blog with a link of the admin&#39;s choice. The plugin needs a control panel in &quot;options&quot; as well. I&#39;d also need to have the copyright for the plugin.<br>
