really want the ability for people to log comments on photos’ etc should

<p class=MsoNormal>Now I am only in my infancy in terms of any kind of web
development, just getting to grips with CSS etc, but like any enthusiast I
really want to grasp as much as possible, and installing a facility like this
would be so beneficial to my growth of knowledge (well I hope it will anyway!)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>In terms of infrastructure my website is hosted by myself on
my own webserver that I have rented. This server not only holds my own personal
websites, but also holds my friends personal sites as well as a couple of small
client sites, and is 100% in my control.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The server is a Windows Server 2003 running IIS (as that is
all I know!) and my main issues so far have been understanding how and what the
PHP and MYSQL bits are that Wordpress seems to require. I downloaded what I
think are the correct installations and the installed them, but from there I
seem to have become a bit stuck and would really appreciate someone maybe
giving me a violent shove in the right direction and showing me the ropes of
what it is I’m trying to achieve?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I do realise I may be taking on a bit much, but once it is
there I’m hoping I can learn from it enough to be able to repeat it again
in the future on other sites.<o:p></o:p></p>
