an initial blog page which is showing up with my browser at the local host. Phew!<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

use an FTP client like filezilla client to upload to my own local server and
add the them to my Wordpress files or can I just use Windows and move the theme
files to my Wordpress them folder locally?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
