[wp-pro] Add a "subscribe by email" plugin to existing WP blog

I know it will shock you, but there are some people who don't know how
to spell RSS.  Therefore, I need to add a "subscribe by email" option
for people who don't appreciate the utter grandeur that is Google
Reader.

The project is:

1.  Install a "subcribe by email" plugin for me.
2.  Bring the site up to 2.7 while you're under the hood.
