[wp-pro] Need help with wordpress/podpress site

Our website www.feastoffools.net went down yesterday. I'm fearing it
has something to do with our podpress stats-

We're getting a "500 Internal Server Error" and a look at the error files shows:

WordPress database error Duplicate entry 'fof-591-2007-08-15.mp3' for
key 1 for query INSERT INTO m155cle0_podpress_statcounts (postID,
media, play) VALUES (545, 'fof-591-2007-08-15.mp3', 1)
WordPress database error Duplicate entry 'fof-738-2008-04-14.mp3' for
key 1 for query INSERT INTO m155cle0_podpress_statcounts (postID,
media, feed) VALUES (907, 'fof-738-2008-04-14.mp3', 1)
[Tue Sep 30 00:09:09 2008] [error] mod_gzip: TRANSMIT_ERROR:32
[Tue Sep 30 00:09:36 2008] [error] mod_gzip: TRANSMIT_ERROR:32

And so on... anyone free to work on this today? Please let me know
