Not necessarily.  Deeming that its a one in a million chance the odds of 
getting a bug fix for it are very low so it's sometimes best / better to 
take your chances with a pro who can fix it right proper.  As well from the 
link this looks to be a custom template therefore would not be a problem of 
Wordpress itself.  The only problem I see is that the Search box does no 
properly align itself in IE 7 Vista.
