[wp-pro] Getting Thumbnails back

I recently upgraded to wordpress 2.1.  However, I don¹t see the optoin to
create thumbnails when I upload.  I¹ve checked the support forums, and found

But since it is unresolved, I¹d be happy to pay someone to fix this for me.
Basically I¹d like the option to create thumbnails when uploading any photo,
regardless of size (actually I think 4MB is probably the largest
realistically).

I¹m thinking around $25-$50 for this, negotiable if its tricky.
