[wp-pro] Need a Form-to-Post Interface for My Worpdress Site

Hey Fellow WP Pros:

I'm looking for someone to help me create a form for my Worpdress site. When people complete the form data and click the submit button, I'd like the information to be converted to a draft blog post, which I - as the site administrator - can approve. Once it's approved, it'll go live on my site.

I'd don't need help with the design aspect of it; just the coding to convert the data into a blog post. I'm guessing there will be about a dozen or so different fields of data, including the post title, and perhaps those can be custom fields which I can call within a template to display on the site.
