[wp-polyglots] Help text in 3.0

Hello, translators. I'm writing with some news that could be viewed as 
wonderful or annoying, depending on your point of view. We're adding 
actual help text to all (well, at least most) of the Help tabs in 
WordPress 3.0. As you probably know, those tabs have largely been empty 
except for links to the Codex and Support Forums since they were 
instituted in 2.7. It was always our intention to populate these with 
screen-specific help, and with links to specific Codex pages for more 
information, but somehow other features always took priority. With all 
the hype that 3.0 has gotten, and the huge number of people publicly 
talking about their plans to start using WordPress when it comes out, it 
seemed like we should rectify the situation, and right now we are adding 
the help text to each screen. We have about half a dozen screens in 
since yesterday, and will be adding many more today before we are up 
against the RC/string freeze deadline. Any that aren't in by the time 
everything else is ready to go will be left out, so we're adding the 
help text to the most-used/questioned screens first.

This will be *wonderful* because we've been putting it off for almost 2 
years, and it's about time those Help tabs started doing what they were 
meant to do. Confused users will have a first line of support built into 
the application, which is something we've needed for a long time.

This will be *annoying* because it's a lot of text to get translated in 
a short time. I'm sorry for that; our original scope for 3.0 had us 
releasing over a month ago, and with less hype, which is why help text 
wasn't an official planned feature. Hopefully you will agree with me 
that the frustration of this late-ish addition of text strings will be 
outweighed by benefit to the millions of WordPress users worldwide. If 
there's anything I can do to help, please let me know. For example, 
would it be useful for me to ask people to volunteer to help with this 
effort via the official @wordpress Twitter account? There are many 
international followers.
