[wp-polyglots] Frisian language

Hi there :)

A while back you have created a Frisian version for us at
http://fy.wordpress.org and we would love to start translating via
http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev but the Frisian language is
still not displaying. Do we need to do something for that or is that
something you have to add?

Also, could you please add userid WurdPersma so he can both accept
translations as well as an admin to http://fy.wordpress.org ?
