[wp-polyglots] Regarding Hindi Translations

Hi,

 I was going through the list of translations. I found that the value for
Wednesday is incorrectly set to मँगलवार. It should be बुधवार. I have made
the changes for wordpress.com and suggested the translations for
wordpress.org. I would like to request the validators to please validate it.
