[wp-polyglots] Glotpress translation, rights

hi,  i created Slovak GlotPress project for android translation;i import a
strings from 1.0 what i translated when GlotPress project was setup for
android and i had all rights.
   For now i cant import, and i can only suggest a translation.
   Can you fix my manage rights?Thanks
