[wp-polyglots] WordPress languages folder

Hold on.
If I remember correctly, and if you are talking about svn, the plugin
would have to go under
<locale>/dist/wp-content/<plugin-floder>/languages ("languages" is an
example, plugins are free to use whatever folder name they want or no
folder name at all for languages). However, this would mean that a
build of WordPress would include that plugin by default...
Or am I seeing it all wrong? (It *is* late...)
