[wp-polyglots] SVN access necessary?

Dear coordinators,

I don't have i18n svn access, and I don't really have a craving for it either. Four short questions: 

1. Do I still need svn access to translate the files mentioned in http://codex.wordpress.org/Files_For_Direct_Translation ?

(If yes, please grant me svn access. .org username meinmycell)

2. Would the correct place for these files be svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/nn_NO/trunk/dist/ ?

3. ... and do I need svn access to make a localised screenshot? I've finally understood, I think, that this is what the deploy requests are about :-)

4. Finally: Is there a codex page where all these questions, and similar technical questions here on the polyglots list, are answered?
