[wp-polyglots] What does that mean "add new user" of "an existing user on this site" ?

I confirmed that these strings said "site" in MU, and I read through it
again, and they should be "network."

I've updated trunk. http://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/15310. Instead
of breaking strings I'm thinking we'd leave this out of 3.0.1, unless it's
particularly confusing.
