[wp-polyglots] How does it work?

Ok,

For now we've created http://nn.wordpress.org (Nynorsk) and
http://no.wordpress.org (Bokmål). You can manage both at
http://nn.wordpress.org/wp-admin and http://no.wordpress.org/wp-admin

We've not given up on serving both translations from the same site in
the future, but still have to analyze the ramifications of that in the
svn repo and GlotPress files.

instructions on how to further setup the sites
