[wp-polyglots] Strings from wp-admin/includes/ms.php should be in wordpress-ms.pot?

Done. The POTs were regenerated.

We don't include common strings in the multisite POT file. They are
included only in the core POT.

On another note, translations from a newly loaded MO file won't
overwrite already loaded translations.
