[wp-polyglots] GlotPress Gravatar commit rights for Albanian (sq) locale

Could you please assign me the rights for managing translation into
Albanian (sq) locale under the new system? I've provided the translation 
in the old days and I've almost finished it for the trunk now, but I 
only see Export button under GlotPress.

Please use the same email address as in here and the username "bujku".
