[wp-polyglots] Importers translations

Can you belive that I actualy have a two weeks old draft of e-mail with
proposal of this? I didn't send it because I wanted to elaborate it in more
detail.

How this works on a technical side? And will it be added for themes as well
(Kubrick and Classic)?
