[wp-polyglots] I want to translate WordPress for Chinese

I found that no one works for cn.wordpress.org. From the latest update is a
long time. As you can see, when WordPress 3.0.1 is released, it is only
2.9.2 in cn.wordpress.org. If its administrators didn't want to continue to
work for cn.wordpress.org, I hope I can take over.
